Ghoste ("we", "us", "our") operates ghoste.trade, a private meta-aggregator for Solana token swaps built on top of the Vanish Core execution API. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights with respect to that information.

By accessing ghoste.trade or joining our waitlist, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information you provide directly:

• Email address when joining the waitlist
• Wallet address if you connect a wallet to our interface
• Any messages or communications you send us

Information collected automatically:

• Browser type, operating system, and device information
• IP address and approximate geographic location
• Pages visited, time on site, and referral source
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 8)

Blockchain and transaction data:

• Wallet addresses submitted to or interacting with Ghoste
• Transaction details including token amounts, swap routes, and transaction IDs
• Publicly available on-chain data from the Solana blockchain

Compliance screening data:

Wallet addresses are screened against OFAC sanctions lists and the Range compliance database on every deposit and withdrawal. This screening is a legal obligation and cannot be waived or opted out of.

• To operate, maintain, and improve our platform and services
• To fulfill OFAC and applicable sanctions-screening obligations
• To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access
• To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal process
• To respond to your inquiries and support requests
• For analytics and product research to understand how users interact with our site

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

• Vanish Technology Corporation— whose Vanish Core API powers Ghoste's private execution layer. Transaction and wallet data processed by Vanish Core is subject to Vanish's Privacy Policy.
• DEX aggregators — Jupiter, DFlow, and Titan Prime receive quote requests containing token amounts and swap parameters in order to return pricing.
• Service providers — hosting, email delivery, and analytics vendors who support our operations, under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
• Law enforcement and regulators — when required by applicable law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.
• Third parties with your consent — in any other case, only with your explicit consent.

Ghoste's private execution layer is powered by Vanish Core, operated by Vanish Technology Corporation. When you execute a swap through Ghoste, your wallet address and trade details are processed by Vanish Core to generate a one-time wallet and submit a Jito bundle on-chain. By using Ghoste you also agree to Vanish's data practices as they pertain to trade execution. Please review the Vanish Privacy Policy and Terms of Service before trading.

All trades executed via Ghoste are recorded on the Solana blockchain, which is public and immutable. Ghoste uses one-time wallets to reduce the on-chain link between your primary wallet and your trade activity — but the one-time wallet's transactions are publicly visible on Solscan and other block explorers. We are not responsible for the inherently public nature of blockchain data.

We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption of data at rest and in transit. However, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information, and you use our services at your own risk. If you believe your account or wallet has been compromised, contact us immediately at legal@ghoste.trade.

We use the following categories of cookies:

• Essential — required for the site to function. Cannot be disabled.
• Performance — anonymous analytics to understand site usage (e.g., page views, session duration).
• Functionality — remember your preferences across visits.

You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings. Disabling non-essential cookies will not affect your ability to join the waitlist.

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations (including sanctions screening records), and resolve disputes. Waitlist email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Compliance screening records may be retained for longer periods as required by applicable law.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email we send
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

Ghoste is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us and we will promptly delete it.

Ghoste is not available to users located in, incorporated in, or nationals of any jurisdiction subject to US OFAC sanctions, including but not limited to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions. If you access our services from a restricted jurisdiction, you do so in violation of these terms and we may block your access without notice.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised policy on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes, we will notify waitlist subscribers by email where practicable. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
